LATEST ARRIVALS !

Launched in 2019, Caviar Colony is the first Singapore-founded caviar brand that specializes in high-quality caviar from different species of farmed sturgeon. With over 10 caviar farms in four provinces across China, we specialise in a farm-to-table approach with a streamlined farming process. This ensures that only the best quality caviar is harvested and served. The sturgeons are antibiotic-free since 1996. The caviar pearls are free from preservatives and are then rinsed and salted – with a low salt content of 3.2% to 3.5% – to allow the true flavour of the caviar grains to shine through.
