Cavani Conserve, is a family firm founded in 1950 that produces pickled gourmet food. Over the years, it has evolved from a small artisan firm to an important company within the Italian food preserves industry. Today, Cavani Conserve consists of two strategic operational establishments – the commercial quarters in Modena in the region of Emilia-Romagna and the production quarters in San Salvo in the region of Abruzzo.
