A prized premium ingredient in any Japanese restaurant, Hokkaido Scallops are known for their soft texture and sweet flavour. All scallops can be grilled or cooked, but not all can be consumed as sashimi! Our scallops are harvested from the clean and nutrient-rich waters of Okhotsk Sea, north of Hokkaido Perfecture. Size may vary depending on harvesting season. They are flash-frozen to maintain their freshness so you can enjoy them any way you’d like.
USAGE
“Perfect for sashimi, boiling, or grilling Keep frozen until ready to consume. Do not re-freeze. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Keep chilled before consumption. Use within 2 days of opening. “
