DESCRIPTION
This French-made Dijon mustard is made grainy with the addition of whole mustard seed however as the seeds are so tiny the overall texture is smooth. Made with black mustard seed and less vinegar it is less tart and the spiciness of the mustard more subdued.
USAGE
Dijon mustard can be used in salad dressings, dips, glazes for ham and beef, as well as sandwiches and in cold platters.
